As the US Audit & Assurance Talent Strategy & Operations Officer at Deloitte, I am responsible for creating a talent experience that engages and supports our Audit & Assurance professionals across the Deloitte US firms. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in client service as the lead client service partner for audit and assurance clients in the global manufacturing and life sciences sectors.My career spans a variety of industries—including real estate, mining, and life sciences—working with multinational organizations to address complex accounting and financial reporting challenges. I bring extensive experience in sustainability, external audit, internal controls, SEC reporting, IFRS, foreign private issuers, IPO transactions, and accounting for complex transactions.My professional journey has also been a great adventure for my family, taking us from Texas to Belgium, Tennessee, Luxembourg, and now Charlotte. Beyond my work, I am passionate about giving back to the community. I currently serve on the Board of The Bechtler Museum and have previously served on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte, supporting youth development and the arts in our community.Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, son, and our King Charles Cavalier pup.
