I am constantly inspired by human connections, by our capacity to love and come from love if we allow ourselves, and our everlasting desire to saturate the mind and soul in a deeply rooted happiness for life. A Breathwork Coach, writer and Marketer, I believe in the personal power of oneself and work with each and every client in all my roles, to help them break free from old patterns and improve the everyday perspective. As a writer, I have an insatiable desire to connect people with ideas. That’s why I write. Becoming a writer was never a decision for me, more of a need to ensure that people knew they were not alone in experiencing, feeling, or living life they way they were. I am interested in connecting people with what’s working for some and what isn’t, and doing so in an innovative and relatable way, is my passion, my life purpose. I regularly contribute to many online publications most recently Thought Catalog, and Liminas Magazine. As a Breathwork Coach, my clients achieve more balanced temperaments, stress management skills, strengthened grounding and see an increase in open-minded, solution drive communication. The whole experience moves stuck energy and facilitates a unique journey based on what is right for each individual. I believe working with Breathwork Meditation can shape the future creating a more vibrant, loving Earth for us all to live in.
