Creates job postings in applicant tracking system (ATS) and application review matrix for search committee screening Manages the SkillSurvey reference checking process, which includes enters, monitors and emails hiring managers the results• Provides support for the following departmental functions: Manages the HR Recruiting inbox including responding to inquiries Pulls job descriptions Runs monthly reports from various systems and assists with position data edits Edits and maintains the Talent Acquisition and Compensation website Assists with the organization of the Talent Acquisition & Compensation files Assists with managing the Indeed and LinkedIn recruitment tools• Manages Job Fair and event processes, including creating and maintaining a candidate pipeline list to share with team; and providing consistent candidate outreach• Reviews and approves position management transactions• This includes creating position numbers and correcting position data• Once trained this role would assist with evaluating and screening resumes and cover letters for minimum and preferred qualifications• Identify issues and initiate contact with appropriate management to provide proactive and preventive solutions to these or other personnel issues
