Recent projects include:• Seetec Ltd: Financial consultant to the Group CFO leading multiple finance transformation, performance improvement, bid modelling, and business partnering projects. These include: leading financial modelling for several large Government contract bids; designed and built payment mechanisms to pay supply chain partners for outcomes achieved in two major Employability contracts with complex commercial terms; designed and implemented a number of finance processes to improve financial control in the organisation; successfully delivered all finance workstreams to mobilise a £160m contract in the employability business. • Finance Improvement Project at Avon Fire & Rescue Service: led the Financial Improvement Plan for the organisation which resulted in the Service’s internal audit rating for financial controls increasing from Partial Assurance to Substantial Assurance, including through negotiating an SLA with an outsourced provider for financial services and enhancing financial controls through changes to payroll and accounting systems.
