If someone is having a bad day I am always good with going and grabbing coffee or tea with them and talking with them to see if I can help.I love teaching people new test tools and helping them reach their deadlines as well. If we must do overtime, I will come in early with the team and leave late if it calls for it. I am a blatantly honest person.
