Facilitation, Organizational consultant, Instructional design, Conflict management, group dynamics, adult learning. I have facilitated hundreds of workshops and trainings. I help people know themselves and be better at the things they want to do (Social-Emotional Learning, conflict detangling, dialogue groups, equity-diversity-inclusion-belonging, listening sessions, public speaking, improvisation and theater, and skill-building trainings). I grew up in the arts, nonprofit and public education sectors, as a consultant and trainer for EQ skill-building. I was a theatre performer, producer and project manager before that. The common thread is a deep interest in the space between people and how we relate to one another. Cultivating deeper relationships with our selves and with others makes us greater together than the sum of our parts.
