ABOUT JENNA GUYMON

I am a wife and mom of two. I have a strong work ethic, I am loyal, trustworthy, driven, and a hard worker who loves a great challenge. I love to engage in meaningful conversations with individuals and find joy in uncovering what they are passionate about and guiding them to the right place. When armed with a set of information, I am able to paint a great picture for a candidate. I love building relationships, taking care of people and nothing makes me happier when I see people succeed. I love logistics, I enjoy analyzing numbers, and creating process improvements. I have strong communication skills. I have experience working with Senior Leaders and know how to communicate effectively with them. I want to do the best job I can every day and give 100% to it. I am really good about taking feedback and applying it to my work. I don’t like to get things wrong, and when I do, I am very hard on myself but its because I strive for perfection.
