About Jenna Feldman
I am currently a senior studying Marketing Management with a concentration in Digital Marketing Strategy and a minor in Data and Decisions. This past summer, I interned for Esri on the Customer Experience team. I helped streamline the analyzing and reporting of customer data, created several buyer personas and customer journey maps, and helped develop meaningful themes regarding the user experience. At Virginia Tech, I am involved in several organizations such as American Marketing Association and Deans Advisory Board of Students where I have gained valuable skills in marketing, leadership, and communication.
