   I am responsible for strategic planning and outreach for the CEMEX Florida Region. I establish and grow collaborative relationships with stakeholders – internal and external – that strengthen the Company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and public affairs (PA) strategies. I oversee development and implementation of our regional CSR strategy to create shared value by promoting or enhancing the well-being and quality of life of local communities, while enhancing the company’s reputation and supporting business continuity. The Florida Region includes our aggregate, ready mix and cement business lines. Some of my responsibilities include: Developing, managing, and strengthening our community engagement activities in local areas around CEMEX facilities through cross-functional collaboration and alignment with the company\'s Global Responsible and Sustainable Business model.Developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and advocacy related to the building materials industry.Identify/scale CSR best practices and maintain awareness of evolving expectations for CSR among key stakeholders (internal and external).Guide and develop CSR – Community Relations Specialist’s professional career.Proactive outreach, cultivation and nurturing of long-term key community stakeholder relationships.Develop, implement, and maintain operational and budget plans, programs and systems, for building and managing corporate and community partnerships.Prepare materials supporting CEMEX communications regarding CSR activities in coordination with Corporate and Regional Communications, including but not limited to newsletters, media advisories, advertisements, and operational fact sheets. Continuously improve CSR and PA strategies to support business continuity while securing strategic social and economic impact in operational areas.
