As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Consumer Science from the University of Arizona, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results through thoughtful problem-solving and effective communication. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa, has honed my skills in retail management, guest services, and team collaboration.In my current role as a Retail Associate at Miraval, I provide personalized service by recommending wellness-focused products, managing inventory, and supporting promotions to enhance the guest experience. My past role as a Guest Service Agent further developed my ability to manage high-stakes situations, resolve guest concerns, and ensure seamless operations across departments.I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Office, Excel, and digital media tools, and I pride myself on my adaptability and strong organizational skills. My leadership experiences, including serving as an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, have deepened my commitment to creating inclusive communities and working effectively in diverse teams.I am always looking for new opportunities to apply my skills in retail, customer service, and team leadership while continuing to grow professionally in the retail and consumer services industry.
