MM Search is Scotland’s fastest growing award-winning executive search firm. My role as Business Delivery Executive is an essential support position within the team. I am responsible for resourcing roles which involves identifying and reaching out to candidates that are a suitable fit for our clients. Every day is incredibly varied as we are generalists, one day I could be working with a tech client to source software developers and the next, working with a local family owned company to find their next Finance Director. The fast-paced nature of the role requires excellent communication skills, precise attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. These key skills underpin our commitment to delivering the streamlined professional service that MM Search has become synonymous with. The support from the wider team and Founding Managing Partners Ken and Derek gives me the drive and confidence to bring my own personality to the role – something that is consistently encouraged and celebrated. We have grown into a thriving team of 19 and as we move swiftly into our 6th year of trading, have placed in over 30 countries across the globe from our base in Scotland. My position is key to the success of the wider team and I am proud to be a part of it.
