Hey there! I’m on the HR team at In Tandem, where we’re on a mission to help families stay connected, organized, and supported through every stage of life. Our suite of tech solutions—including OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—are thoughtfully designed to simplify day-to-day life and foster stronger communication, especially during life’s most pivotal moments. As Talent & People Programs Manager, I lead talent acquisition and design inclusive people programs that support employees from day one, and every day after. I own and run full-cycle recruiting, shape our onboarding experience, and lead strategic initiatives across engagement, DEI, and manager support. My work bridges the candidate and employee experience, with a focus on building programs that create connection, support growth, and help people feel seen, supported, and successful. I care deeply about the moments that shape the employee experience; how a candidate feels during their first conversation, how a new hire is welcomed, how a manager supports their team, and how employees experience belonging throughout their journey.
