I help organizations improve operational efficiency and quality for customers while implementing sustainable changes. I utilize multiple continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, which systematically removes waste and reduces process variation in order to raise value creation in workflows. In addition to Lean Six Sigma\'s focus to bring the best possible customer experience, I emphasize empowering employees to do their jobs well and creating a safe environment for communication. I\'ve mentored and coached individuals (including neurodivergent and ADHD adults) for more than 20 years in a variety of roles. I love seeing confidence grow in others when they\'re given the tools to accomplish their goals.I also specialize in change management, which is a structured methodology used to plan, implement, and evaluate new initiatives/technology for effectiveness.
