I have over 8 years of experience writing digital copy when and where your users need it. I also advocate for content in product development and improve product storytelling through insights and data.My core competencies include accessibility, research, readability, systems thinking, and equitable design. I have supported the APEX Cloud, Developer Experience, Dell Financial Services, Developer Experience, Dell Design System, Global Supply Chain Management, and Identity Access Management teams.    I create content maps and copy in partnership with cross-functional product teams and other subject matter experts in order to engage and serve users. Copy is informed by research including user and stakeholder insights, prior content performance data, competitor analysis, and best practice information. Additionally, all copy is reviewed and tested after launch to ensure that it is continuously improved at each iteration. In supporting multiple product teams, I have built relationships with all collaborating organizations-including Accessibility, Brand, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Global Translation-in order to create transparency throughout the design process, and ensure all stakeholders and contributors are aligned on the product\'s delivery.
