Responsible in the following functional areas, including, but not limited to: employee relations, learning & development (L&D), performance and career management, new hire onboarding, off-boarding, policy implementation, organizational change, and employment law compliance. Front lines in support of the business. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data will require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel.
