Improved client retention and reduced churn, saving Premier millions of dollars in recurring revenue, by redesigning the user flows and UI for both the Spend Overview pages and the Diversity Spend widget within the Analytics section, the most-used area of the B2B SaaS medical supply chain platform. Led the redesign of 1,200+ platform-generated emails and 100+ Excel report templates during the Conductiv-to-Premier rebrand, improving message clarity and visual consistency through content audits, alignment with Premier’s tone guidelines, and creation of a comprehensive style guide. Ensured consistent design implementation across the Premier platform by expanding the design system in Figma and documenting 70+ components with detailed guidelines on use, accessibility, interactions, spacing, and colors. Transformed usability testing insights into prioritized, actionable design improvements that enhanced usability and user satisfaction across the platform and its platform-generated reports. Owned ambiguous projects from ideation to launch within two-week sprint cycles by driving strategy, design, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment through daily collaboration with 10+ developers, QA, and product teams.
