As the Employee Training and Development Coordinator at Casper College, I design and deliver programs that help employees grow skills, expand perspectives, and thrive at every stage of their careers. My work spans new hire orientation, leadership development, and large-scale professional development initiatives, often involving complex coordination, new systems, and evolving institutional needs.I excel at program development, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination, with a particular strength in software and system implementation. That includes earning a master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism - becoming the first (and, at the time, only) person in Wyoming to hold this degree.
