ABOUT JENN MUNSIE
I have over 20 years\' experience applying social psychology, interactional linguistics, and ethnography to create effective and engaging communication strategies for health and wellness brands. As the SVP Group Director of Behavioral Science and Communication Strategy at Omnicom Health, I lead a team of talented and curious researchers, planners, and strategists who help clients understand and influence their audiences\' behaviors and decision-making processes.In the age of AI, my team infuse behavioral science into our models and help our internal stakeholders and clients to understand and action upon the insights in the data to design better decisions.My mission is to use my expertise in the science of language and communication to optimize behavior change strategies in communication. By leveraging behavioral economics, behavior change models, and behavior design with these skills, we deliver innovative and impactful solutions that improve health outcomes and quality of life. I am passionate about teaching, writing, and presenting on topics related to human behavior, culture, and language. I am also certified in Design Thinking and FourSight, which enable me to apply creative and collaborative approaches to problem-solving and ideation.
