Jenn Mandelion Chrisman is the Vice President of Project Management for Paramount Experiences. In her role she oversees the PM team for all development as well as the operations of the Orlando studio. Jenn started as an intern with Nickelodeon 30+ years ago making thousands of gallons of Nickelodeon Green Slime all summer long. In her years with Nickelodeon Jenn’s passion, organization, communication skills, collaboration and positive attitude have led her continued growth with the organization. Jenn has been responsible for managing conceptual design through grand opening for theme parks, resorts, retail experiences, parades, museum exhibits and ride films. Working collaboratively with multiple teams across the company and around the world, Jenn and the Experience Design team bring the brand and their highly successful intellectual properties to life for kids and families to enjoy. They make the world a more playful place by bringing the very best in digital content to life! Today Jenn leads a team of managers developing Nickelodeon themed experiences across the globe. Jenn earned her degree from the University of Florida and currently resides in Orlando with her family.

   With 30+ years of service to the Nickelodeon brand in the themed entertainment design business, Jenn brings historical knowledge and expertise to every aspect of the position. She is an experienced professional who knows how to safeguard the Nickelodeon brand while ensuring successful projects are delivered. Specific duties include:• Oversee Project Management and Operations team across theme parks, resorts, mall-entertainment centers, exhibits and entertainment• Lead Nickelodeon branded IP integration/management across resorts and theme parks in the US, Mexico, China, Dominican Republic, England, Germany, Spain, Russia, Malaysia and Australia• Maintain general knowledge of all projects and partnerships globally, ensuring strategic partnership relationships are optimized• Develop all processes for project management including best practices for communication, scheduling and budgeting • Manage domestic and international project and non-billable/operations budgets • Responsible for all partner contractual invoicing, establishing new processes for accountability• Responsible for project staffing, contract renewal and approval• Serve as a mentor/coach/career manager to entire Experiences team• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure efficiency in all processes, identify pitfalls and proactively implement changes as required• Lead and direct integration of business, creative, IP and brand operations; execute cohesive best practices to drive business priorities aligned with strategic planning
