About Jenn Cromley
I’ve learned throughout time that my professional career goals as well as general life goals are going to shift as I figure out which roles and responsibilities that I enjoy most. I will eventually also come across responsibilities I don’t enjoy and make mistakes, which might provide the even greater lessons. It’s about moving forward with the attitude to learn, improve, and adapt to the situation. My biggest motivation, however, is the peers I get to interact with. Whether it be industry, academia, or volunteer work - I am so thankful for the people I have met along the way.
