I am a commercial and customer focused retail leader with over 12 years experience across both established businesses and start up environments. After spending 9 years at JD Sports Group on the premium fashion division and a further two years at a fashion start up business, I am currently working at Debenhams Group - heading up the trading division for Debenhams.com and it\'s house of brands. This covers UK, IE, AU, US and ROW territories across multiple fascias (Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Coast, Burton to name a few) and we also support our third party market places; as well as operating as a major marketplace too.
