With a career rooted in emergency response, crisis management, and community outreach, I thrive in high-impact roles where I can lead, support, and serve. As a manager at SERVPRO Team McGinnis and a licensed insurance agent, I bring a unique dual perspective to disaster recovery — from first response through policy understanding and restoration. My experience spans: Leading emergency mitigation efforts (water, fire, biohazard) Navigating complex insurance processes Building partnerships with city, state, and commercial entities Advocating for public safety and resource coordination I\'m honored to serve on the Board of Directors for both the local Chamber of Commerce and our area Police Foundation, where I support initiatives that strengthen our communities and emergency services.
