With over 15 years of experience in the social change sector, I have a passion for creating innovative strategies that reach and engage millions of people and bring about systems change. I\'ve worked with agencies, nonprofits, and foundations on a wide range of topics. As a strategic leader, I focus on collaborative strategic planning and using data to drive program improvements. At RepresentUs, the nation\'s top nonpartisan democracy organization, I led a team of talented professionals to build and execute on a strategy to make democracy reforms the number one issue in America. In one year I led a 300% increase in earned media, 208% increase in fundraising from email, and 20% faster website speed. My mission is to use my marketing, project, and leadership skills to advance causes that matter and create positive change in the world.
