I am a dynamic brand and marketing storyteller who enable companies to communicate their unique value to candidates & consumers, build brand awareness, acquire quality talent, and increase sales. A bit of an extrovert, I enjoy connecting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others and strive to create connected, seamless experiences for candidates, consumers, and stakeholders to reach and exceed business goals.In my almost twenty year career, I have had the opportunity to be a trusted strategic partner to companies in technology, retail, finance, food service and non-profit organizations. A majority of that time has been dedicated to talent attraction, employer brand and recruitment marketing - building brand, social, recruitment, and marketing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and creating efficiencies in talent acquisition. Outside of my career, pre-COVID, I held a variety of roles in the arts and on the boards of the Kenosha Chamber Choir, Master Singers of Milwaukee and the Waukegan American-Croatian Tamburitzans. I am also a freelance musician and vocalist – a previous member of the Master Singers of Milwaukee, and current member of Musici Amici, the Waukegan American-Croatian Tamburitzans and Waukegan Symphony Orchestra.
