I’m known for navigating crises, distilling complex issues, and driving bold, forward-thinking that builds trust.I\'m currently the Director of Trust & Safety Communications at Discord, and previously owned issues communications for Amazon Devices, overseeing strategy across Fire TV, Kindle, kids products, and cross-device security. Prior to my time at Amazon, I served as Lead for U.S. Data Security user communications at TikTok, leading outreach for the company’s U.S. Data Service (USDS), an unprecedented initiative designed to safeguard user data. I also spent five years at Meta leading communications for Facebook’s entertainment products (Watch, Live) and complex policy areas, including identity, authenticity, state-controlled media, and intellectual property, shaping the company’s approach to safety, innovation, and content integrity.Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at MGM Studios and the Screen Actors Guild, where my award-winning work on the historic SAG-AFTRA merger earned industry recognition. I also led campaigns for notable film and television franchises, from Stargate and Spartacus to Hot Tub Time Machine and Cabin in the Woods, and taught workshops on the business of acting at renowned studios including Second City and Stella Adler.My expertise crosses policy, brand strategy, crisis communications, influencer engagement, digital safety, and AI accountability. I’m passionate about the responsible evolution of technology and entertainment and bringing integrity, creativity, and impact to every table. After two decades in Los Angeles, I now call Seattle home.
