I first realized my passion for the planet when I took an internship with the Living Coast Discovery Center as an Avian/Aquatic Animal Care Attendant. This led me to a permanent curiosity to explore and learn more about life itself. People, Plants, and Wildlife, it is all connected, this is what I\'m most passionate about. Life! Previously, a guest service representative at San Diego Zoo Global, my responsibility was to discuss conservation of endangered species. I was a top performer for the conservancy until I left to assist in the rehabilitation process of sick and injured birds & mammals at Project Wildlife. Currently, I am a certified avian specialist at our feathered friends here in San Diego!
