   Agentic Shopping - Stepping into this new chapter has felt a bit like being handed a blank map and a compass; drawing new terrain. I’m still rooted in product design and now focused on building an agentic shopping experience that supports people during some of the most hectic parts of their day.My work centers on shaping how an intelligent assistant can lighten the load: understanding intent, anticipating needs, and smoothing out the moments that normally feel rushed or overwhelming. I partner closely with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define the product’s foundations from its behaviors, its voice, to the ways it shows up for customers in meaningful, helpful ways.It’s early, fast-moving, and full of discovery. And that’s what makes it exciting: every week brings a new problem to unravel and a new opportunity to make food feel easier.
