As a production manager on \"The Simpsons\" I collaborate with directors and artists on special projects with outside vendors and collaborators. This includes specials for Disney+ and any elements outside of the normal 2D pipeline such as CG animation and Stop Motion. Key Responsibilities- Corresponded with key vendors in a variety of animation disciplines to translate internal 2D animation rules into applicable rules per animation discipline- Amplified knowledge of CG animation within the 2D workflow by translating CG terms and milestones for 2D animators, designers, and directors- Charted scene production to the minute detail by assessing scene needs and crew output to create a detailed schedule for tight deadlines. Like so many, I fell into animation. I have always loved animation and was thrilled when I was able to dive into the work after graduating college. Since then, I have worked to manage many departments in both small and large studios. An adept communicator, I have helped to establish pipelines while assisting production and development on twelve episodic shows at one time.
