About Jen Lawatsch
I am a Group HR Manager with a background in talent acquisition, currently managing all HR disciplines and supporting employees throughout the state of Michigan. After receiving my degree in HR from Michigan State University I sought a career in sales, starting as a Management Trainee with Enterprise. I quickly found my way to Talent Acquisition, allowing me to combine my knowledge of people with my passion for sales and competition. Eventually I realized that as much as I loved helping people find the right career it was even more rewarding to watch them find the right career within Enterprise Mobility. I have had the opportunity to expand how I contribute to the team, leading Human Resources teams supporting Southeastern Ontario, Indiana and now Michigan.
