Keolis transportation services include fleet management and maintenance, logistics, and routing services.My Role at Keolis: Conducted a comprehensive review and documentation of all HR practices across North America, encompassing Recruitment, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Benefits, Training, Discipline Tracking, and Separation. Collaborated cross-functionally to establish standardized practices, spearheading change management efforts to enhance overall people operations effectiveness. Implemented and optimized the digitization of multiple HR functions, bolstering productivity and enhancing support for Local HR and Shared Services teams. Projects included the digitization of HR Files, Automated hiring, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, and Time & Attendance to Payroll processes, leading to improved system performance. Facilitated cross-functional workshops to clarify processes and enhance decision making across various systems and functions. Provided comprehensive training to HR team members, Managers, Directors, Executives, and Employees to enhance utilization of the People Operations Tech Stack. Developed resources such as an HR intranet site housing policy library, work instructions/SOPs, and other materials to bolster support for a decentralized HR Team. Lead the Human Resource function through three contract mobilizations in 2023, effectively doubling the employee base in North America, overseeing the onboarding of 3100 new employees, and guiding a team through all necessary pre-employment screening activities. Spearheaded corporate initiatives addressing absenteeism, union relationships, parental leave, and gender diversity.
