   The Information Technology team provides an underlying structure of solutions for Nextiva’s Business, Product Development, and Operations teams through Security, Infrastructure, Core Voice and Site Reliability Operations initiatives, maintenance/support and project-based work, all of which require facets of innovation, critical analysis, strategic planning, collaboration, process design, program and project management, and change management. Led by the Chief Information Officer, Josh Lesavoy, IT Delivery touches the entire Nextiva family of departments and teams. In addition to the above noted teams within the Information Technology organization, the Business Technology teams encompass a large portion of systems and applications required for running the business including Front End Sales, Support and Marketing, Billing and Financial, Data Warehouse, and touch nearly every step from quote to cash workflows. All parts of the business are dependent on one or more of the applications, systems and software that fall within Business Technology. The Director of IT Program Management, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, manages the multiple business initiatives of Nextiva Information Technology by directly overseeing activities for all teams within the Chief Information Officer organization. Liaising, coordinating and collaborating with the Director of Strategic Programs, VP of Security, Senior Director of Infrastructure, Engineering Directors for UCaaS, Site Reliability and Business Technoloogy, along with leaders and team members from all across the business, the primary objective of this role is to ensure the success of the organizations commitments and responsibilities by providing visibility of progress and challenges to the CIO while providing mentorship, guidance and direction to his/her organization.
