ABOUT HAYLEY JENKINSON
I am a senior associate in A&L Goodbody\'s Asset Management & Investment Funds group, based in our London office. I advise on the establishment and ongoing operation and regulation of all types of Irish investment funds including UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs, ETFs and closed-ended and private funds, and structures including investment companies, ICAVs, CCFs, unit trusts, and investment limited partnerships, as well as the authorisation and ongoing obligations of UCITS managers and AIFMs. I have a particular interest in the area of sustainable finance. I am a member of the departmental Sustainable Finance & ESG Group, which advises on SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation compliance amongst other sustainable finance related issues.Solicitor, Law Society of Ireland (2019) and Solicitor, Law Society of England and Wales (2025)
