   This position is newly created, based on my strong endowment management skills. • Manages all processes associated with endowment agreements for Duke Health, including the creation of new agreements and the amendment of existing ones. • Acts as the primary point of contact with Duke University Endowment Administration. • Provides on-demand assistance and consultation with development colleagues in discussions with donors, faculty, and others about proposed or existing endowment agreements. • Tracks endowment metrics and creates reports for leadership. • Researches and analyzes endowed fund usage. • Creates educational resources and materials about endowments for development colleagues, faculty, and donors. • Responsible for the planning, development, coordination, and execution of stewardship activities for donors to Duke Health endowed funds. These activities focus on donor recognition and stewardship for professorship funds in particular, and consistently involve high level Duke Health leadership, faculty, administrators, and development staff, in addition to personal contact with donors. • Works closely with Duke University Donor Relations to ensure accurate annual endowment reporting for Duke Health donors.
