As a passionate and accomplished HR & Business Leader, I take a highly consultative and caring approach when working with my clients to align the people strategy to the business strategy with focus on culture and a sustainable and positive “Employee Experience”.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead start-up HR strategy and operations for reputable global hospitality, technology, and entertainment companies experiencing organic and fast growth from mergers and acquisitions. Known for developing high performance, engaged employees and inclusive work cultures committed to delivering on business results. Areas of specialties include strategic business partnership, organizational training and development, talent management and succession planning, total rewards strategy, and DEI strategies and delivery. Other areas include performance management, employee engagement and retention, HR compliance and policy development, labor and employee relations, internal communications, and employment branding, health and wellness program development and risk management including safety planning and prevention.I started Consult HR Partners “CHRP” in February 2018 to become an entrepreneur and am currently serving as the President and CEO. Our clients span across all industries including healthcare, gaming and hospitality, real-estate, entertainment, sports, construction, energy, government, and non-profit organizations. Before starting CHRP, I worked 25+ years in a variety of senior HR roles in the gaming and hospitality industry. I joined the Scientific Games Corporation in 2015 to lead their Corporate HR, Global Gaming HR, and Talent Management functions. Prior to Scientific Games, I worked at Konami Gaming, Inc. from 20••••15 to support the organization through organic and strategic growth as a senior level HR executive. I held other HR leadership roles for Aristocrat Technologies from and Caesars Entertainment from Throughout my tenure at Caesars, I worked in all of their major divisions including land-based, riverboat and Native American gaming properties responsible for operational and strategic HR. In my earlier years, I held various roles in hotel operations.
