Hi, I\'m Jenni I\'m a Senior Product Manager at Creditspring. I lead the Product team, where our primary goal is to enhance the user experience of our product. I also oversee user research to gain insights into customer needs and pain points. We leverage this information to shape the design and development of new products and features.I work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Engineers, and Designers, to create and manage product roadmaps and timelines.
