Confirm and record trades, and manage the delivery and receipt of securities and cash. Oversee the clearing and settlement of securities for both Counterparty & broker Initiate matching at TD/VD-1 to ensure trades are agreed upon for correct settlement, using email and phone Manage Trades on settlement day/ Topday, following up with counterparty brokers and Middle office Desk Generate daily or as-needed reports on clients\' cash and Trade positions, funding status, and MTM status Perform post-settlement reconciliations between cash and Position / Trade & Settlement Prices, monitoring and investigating discrepancies. Manage allegations, pre-match, and settle securities across global markets Settlements of Margin / Securities with custodian books and understanding Swifts Risk Monitoring: Monitor and report on potential risks associated with trade discrepancies, escalating issues as necessary to mitigate operational and financial risks. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance reconciliation processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, leveraging automation tools and technologies where applicable. Ensuring production/ BAU is completed as per SLA
