ABOUT JENISE DIXON

I have a true passion for building relationships and meeting client needs. Ownership is highly important but unfortunately can be missed. As a leader I push others to own and value the work and effort they put in. Truly being able to project a client’s needs before they do is a primary goal and working with and leading a team with the same passion has been an even more rewarding experience. I continue to challenge myself by increasing my knowledge-base, skills and development. Having taken off 10 years since pursuing a different master’s program to focus on family, I am so very proud and humbled by knowing that I set the goal of obtaining this degree under the accelerated program in 1 year and will have completed it within 9 months. Focused, driven, achievable. My mantra these days: what’s next! I will always strive to be a leader within an organization that shows that it appreciates and welcomes diverse company culture, inclusion, equitable access, strong connections, relevant/current training and growth opportunities. Having worked in asset management for almost 10 years, I also worked as a general manager for a small IT consulting firm for 7 years and have had the opportunity to work with all walks of life and learn from the best. Results-oriented, driven, focused, a great communicator who values team cohesion, I remain open to new challenges that will continue my development as a leader.
