Lead and execute internal audit work on the overall internal control and risk management framework, assessing design and operating effectiveness of controls across key business processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. •Contribute to the development of the annual assurance plan aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.•Present audit findings and risk insights to senior management, influencing remediation and control enhancements.•Support SOX compliance programme, including testing design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.•Evaluate control deficiencies, recommend remediation, and drive process improvements to strengthen governance and mitigate risks.•Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely resolution of audit actions and continuous improvement.
