For the past 15+ years, I have supported several national consumer goods and retail industry leaders, helping to develop innovative consumer programs and sales initiatives. My ability to transform data into actionable insights has helped to shape numerous promotional, digital, and social media campaigns. I have also introduced and executed shopper marketing strategies that have increased sales and share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.I joined the Kimberly-Clark team in 2016 and currently serve as the Sr. Associate Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing, overseeing all Kimberly-Clark categories sold in Wakefern and Pulix stores. I previously supported Shopper Marketing for BJ\'s Wholesale Club as well as CVS, where I was instrumental in strengthening their CVS ExtraCare® Program. Covid19 has presented many new industry challenges such as the increase of consumers turning to delivery services for their personal items and groceries. This period has required creativity, agility and innovation to adapt quickly. As a result, I recently developed an omni-channel marketing program that not only regained many of our Wakefern customers but also helped to engage new customers.
