I spent the early years of my career getting to know how customers use technology to enhance their lives and operate more efficiently within their businesses. I loved it so much that I then transitioned into working with the makers of that technology and understanding the magic behind how apps work. I\'ve worked with mobile devices and apps enough to understand the power they hold for the user and the dedication that goes into making the apps work seamlessly. We live in a world where staying connected can hold its pros and cons, but my goal is to help make the world a better place with apps being used more effectively with or without internet. In my current role, I help my team provide exceptional support to developers making the magic happen in apps. I am known for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, optimizing operational processes, and driving business success. I thrive on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they achieve optimal value from our products and services. Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams to achieve and exceed customer service goals. During my off hours, I enjoy painting and running my own business as a mural artist.
