I’m a first-generation professional and proud San Francisco State University graduate with a degree in International Business — and a strong passion for people strategy, culture, and operations.After immigrating from El Salvador at age five, I became one of the first in my family to graduate college — debt-free — while balancing multiple jobs and leading in my community. That experience taught me how to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead with purpose.Today, I bring that drive into the workplace — focusing on building inclusive, people-centered environments where individuals and teams can do their best work.
