Hi there! ‍I am Jenifer, a lifelong learner seeking meaning in every aspect of life. I like to jump into chaos to figure out the unknown, hunting for new paths of least resistance and discovering the beauty of great results that a plural group of people can achieve.I have 10 years of corporate experience and have worked in different areas, including project and product management. Currently, my heart has returned to where I first started: People Management. When I was just 16, I began as a Human Resources assistant, then worked as an intern in compensation and benefits for two years at Renault do Brasil. After a five-year hiatus in other fields, I rediscovered my passion for Talent Management.During the last five years, I have accomplished some achievements that I am especially proud of: • I was selected to be part of a leadership trainee program out of candidates - something that I had always thought was impossible to achieve. • I have led a project to create an e-commerce website. • I have been part of the project to launch a new brand to a BRL 23B perfumery group. • I was awarded a scholarship to study in Croatia through the Erasmus+ Program.Each of these accomplishments became possible only due to the support of outstanding people, primarily my grandmother and mother, as well as a little bit of luck and, of course, plenty of hard work.On a personal level, I enjoy homemade food and spending time with my friends. Recently, I adopted a stray dog, and I have found a new hobby in training and caring for him.
