With over 20 years of healthcare leadership and medical device expertise, I’m proud to support the COSIRA II trial, advancing care for patients with refractory angina through the innovative coronary sinus Reducer.COSIRA II is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Shockwave Reducer, a novel device designed to improve blood flow to the heart by narrowing the coronary sinus. It targets patients with debilitating angina who are not candidates for revascularization and have exhausted other treatment options.As a Therapy Development Manager, I partner with clinical sites to accelerate patient identification, drive enrollment, and ensure seamless trial execution. Together, we’re bringing hope and innovation to an underserved patient population—transforming care through collaboration and data-driven strategy.
