About Jenifer Vetter

As an experienced Clinical Operations Director with proficient office management skills, I possess extensive experience in all dental business office functions, including managing multiple budgets, admissions processing, event planning, payroll, calendars for 25 providers and 15 residents, database management, data analysis, project management, grant tracking, and reporting. My expertise in team building, problem-solving, and strong knowledge of business management procedures has led to numerous successes in office budget management, position cross-training, and exceptional customer service and communication.I have worked with Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, A.T. Still University, Mesa, Arizona, since July 2005, having returned in May 2018 to my current role as Clinical Operations Director, Postgraduate Orthodontic Residency Program (reporting to the Program and Clinical Directors) where I have managed Adjunct Faculty, Orthodontic Residents, staff members, and Dental Assistant Externs. I have overseen project management for numerous programs and increased efficiency throughout all lines of business by creating a culture of support and accountability. My responsibilities also include financial management, staff training, administering performance improvement, Quality Assurance protocols, and maintaining all Business Affiliation Agreements for the program, among other things.Aside from this, I have also held the role of Editor of the Healing Column for PCSO Bulletin (Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists) and as one of the Associate Editors of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics-Clinical Companion. In addition, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis in Management and a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.), and have also been inducted into the Pi Lambda Theta National Honors Society.With my proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, extensive higher education experience, educational background, and project management and data and budget analysis expertise, I am dedicated to creating an environment where staff members work together to develop and implement sound business plans and outcomes.
