Working with internal and external LOS/AUS and third-party verification systems (DU & LP, GUS, Arive, Encompass, Equifax/Experian, Thomas & Co, FraudGuard, DataTree, The Work Number and more) Contacting various parties, including borrowers, to complete thorough research, documentation and validation of all 1003 application information, credit reports/alerts and findings. Analysis of complete credit file for complete & accurate loan file submission to underwriting and follow up on any additional underwriting conditions as needed. Maintain and communicate timely pipeline reports as well as regular status updates to various parties including but not limited to Branch Manager, Loan Officers, Borrowers, Title companies, Realtors and Insurance Agents.
