Specializing in operations and maintenance AS/400, Unisys V310, A11-211, A11-411, A7-811 and A18 mainframes utilizing ITI Banking Software as well as and RP8400 mainframe operations using Unix, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, SQL and OVO (HP Open view) CPOtracker, Glance, Omniback, Comvault, Optika/Stellent, Panagon and Liberty Software. I have been trained in Six Sigma, CUSP and ITIL processes and methodology.
