New Client Implementation Lead.Multi-disciplinary role with responsibility for both business facing and client facing projects. Lead on new client implementation (of SaaS solution) – delivering successful implementation, client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. Successfully manage ongoing portfolio of projects – depending on complexity, up to 7 at any time at various stages of their lifecycle (scoping, design, build, test, implementation, transition). Create and co-ordinate clear, logical, and structured project plans: tracking and executing against these; pivoting when necessary and ensuring all stakeholders are clear on responsibilities. Accountable for interpreting, pre-empting, and supporting client needs (which vary from standard to complex) to identify the most appropriate service solution
