In my current role, I-Lead data client service and custom research solutions totaling $3M ARR, serving accounts representing nearly all major network and streaming services, throughout the entire customer lifecycle-Spearhead and execute all custom research–working directly with senior client research execs–encompassing 200+ survey projects yielding more than $1M in new or added revenue-Provide thought leadership and analysis utilizing M&E data for industry papers, studies, press articles, videos, client decks, as well as serving as a public-facing speaker at webinars/conferences-Serve as the top SME on data products – leading demos and pitches, working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, PR and Product teams-Own development and execution of Whip Media’s highly publicized annual streaming study (5+ years) – a robust US consumer survey and industry paper that reveals the shifting content consumption landscape – which has been featured in leading publications such as Variety, Deadline, and more.
