She chairs the bank\'s CRA and Fair Lending committees and serves as a member of our new market tax credit investment committee. Hopkins was previously a lawyer, a grant funder, and a CDFI lender, all combined now in her CRA leadership role. Mascoma Bank has maintained an Outstanding CRA rating for the third time in a row, an accomplishment in the top 12% in the country.
