In this position I lead a staff of over 40 excellent people in designing and delivering services to meet our strategic goals of being a center for learning and culture and a place where community members connect with each other. We strive to be integrated into the fabric of the community and to be part of the city\'s success and prosperity. I also manage an annual appropriated budget of $3.3 million dollars as well as in funding from trusts and our Friends group. On most days m biggest challenge is our 50+ year old building in need of a major renovation and advocating for funding for that project.
